Xeaura has developed a management package, which contains the hosting, administration, and maintenance of your website. All of which put the management of your website in our hands so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

When managing a website, it is important to consider the hosting, maintenance, and administration aspects. Although our management package provides you with what we believe to be the three most important factors, we are aware that not everyone requires all of these components. That is why Xeaura let you customise the management package we offer to suit your specific needs. For example, if your website is hosted elsewhere you will not need Xeaura to look after your domains, emails and hosting. However, we can still maintain your website, by keeping it updated with new content.

Hosting

Xeaura can provide both professional website and email hosting. Website hosting enables your website to be hosted by us, where we will ensure your website is always online, provided by advanced web servers. The servers also provide you with a backup system which ensures that if a problem should occur, your website will not be lost. The servers are well maintained in a secure destination in the UK, they are also built using reliable, high performance hardware so they can perform to their maximum potential.

Website Hosting

Ultimately, our team at Xeaura will make sure your website is live on the web 24/7, so that it is always accessible for visitors. You won’t have to worry about regularly checking your website, as we can do that for you. Any problems which may occur will be detected straightaway so we can put things right.

Both the servers and our team at Xeaura aim to provide your website with as much uptime as possible, by regularly checking the server status so that if problems occur, they can be targeted as soon as possible.

Email Hosting

Email hosting allows you to acquire unique email address(es), whether you choose to use one for your own personal use, or as a company email address, they both can be very useful in terms of promotion.

For example: a.smith@xeaura.co.uk and a.smith@home.co.uk

Alternatively, if you already have a current email address but would like a new one creating to use with a business or just for a change, Xeaura can redirect all your new mail from a new address to the current email inbox you may have. That way all your mail is going to one place but you can use either email address depending on the situation. Your new, complete inbox can be accessed from anywhere on the web.

Administration

Looking after number one

Websites which are hosted by Xeaura are also administered by Xeaura, (to include your website and emails) this is a feature which many other hosting companies do not provide. The administration component means that Xeaura will take care of anything related to your website and email hosting. Such as your chosen domain name; we can buy the name so that you have the rights and can use that domain name for your website. We also renew your domain name for you if required.

Setting things up

Xeaura offer to set up email addresses, either to coincide with your chosen domain name, business or personal preference. We can set up as many email addresses as you like, if you wish we can also set up your email accounts to help you avoid receiving automated spam.

Xeaura can allow you to receive SMS text alerts when you receive an email, as well as automatic forwarding. This is perfect if you’re always on the go.

Xeaura can take care of all your administrative needs so you don’t have to!

The administration service prevents you from having to deal with the technicalities of running a website. With Xeaura’s administration package Xeaura will take care of everything on your behalf.

Maintenance

Furthermore, Xeaura offer to maintain your website by keeping it regularly updated with changes upon your request. If you wish we can even re-design your website when you feel its time to give it a refreshing look.

Maintenance credits

Any changes such as adding or editing content and images are charged in credits. The package you choose will determine how many are available to you per month. Please note that some changes will take more time therefore may equal to more than one credit. New features, advertisements or products can be added regularly, to keep visitors interested in coming back again and again.

Maintenance credits are an excellent way of keeping your website up to date, they not only encourage people to check back for updates but they also encourage you to keep your website updated.

A complete website redesign is not included in maintenance; only small changes to the website can be made here and there, using your monthly credits. Should you exceed the amount, please contact us and we can arrange some more. It is advisable that you choose how many credits you think you will need per month to keep your particular website updated as credits cannot be transferred over into the following month.
